The breakfast was very very good and lovely with the added homemade yoghurt and fresh fruit, for example to choose from. The hotel had marvellous location near to the main tourist spots, all the bars restaurants and the welcoming nature. Also, Cleveleys Front Promenade was 2 km away.

Do recommend this place and would like to stay longer. The location was unbeatable, and the very very good and lovely breakfast was offered. Btw, went to city centre, located at a medium distance from the hotel. There were lovely beds and tea and coffee, a separate lounge, and an iron in the double room. I enjoyed the view of garden.
